Shipping charges

• UK (excl. Northern Ireland): £10
  
• Worldwide: £38

Items are normally sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, though occasionally we will use express couriers such as FedEx, DHL etc. 

Please note, prices do increase if you are ordering multiple items as each item needs to be insured.  This is particularly the case in the EU where you will be paying VAT on each individual item.  

 

Dispatch times

• Orders to the UK will be delivered within 2-4 business days
• Orders to the EU, Northern Ireland and the rest of the world are usually delivered within 3-9 business days depending on your location
• This is subject to change if you have requested any alterations, such as ring re-sizing - this can add 3-5 days on average
• In the case of any additional time, we will confirm the expected delivery via email
  
• You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped

As a small (and we think special) company, we are often able to flex, so please get in touch if you need your order urgently and we’ll try our best to accommodate.

International taxes & duties

Please be aware that international orders (outside of the UK) may be liable to pay local duties and taxes or handling fees on imported goods. Our shipping charges do not include these additional charges and are your responsibility. Please refer to your country’s customs office for information on relevant rates and potential customs delays. • We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched
• All orders require a signature upon receipt
• We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses
• We reserve the right to not to ship to certain countries
• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays
