If you are not entirely satisfied we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, provided you have not made any alterations to the item. In the case of ring re-sizing, we will accept the item for return within the 14 day time period however the cost of re-sizing will not be refunded.   

If you have asked us to alter the item (such as change a stone or add/remove a feature) this item will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We will write to you to confirm any alterations you wish to make and to confirm that such alterations will void any return or exchange policy. By agreeing to proceed with your requested alteration you are agreeing to these terms.

Please note that if alterations are performed by another jeweller, our return policy is void, even if within the 14 day period.

 

UK returns

We are pleased to offer free returns for UK customers. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item to let us know your intention of returning the item. The item must then reach us within 2 business days. Please return the item in the original packaging and attach the label provided.

 

International returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item to let us know your intention of returning the item.  The item must then be posted via the approved carrier within 2 business days. Please return the item in the original packaging and attach the shipping label and customs documents provided. Please note that buyer pays return postage and any taxes and duties applied, the amount of which will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

Exchanges

Customers have 30 days to exchange an item. Please contact us to discuss your specific request before sending your order back.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
